The General Inspectorate of Justice announced on Wednesday that it will compel companies that register with that public body to present a directory that contains equal numbers of members of the male and female gender. The General Inspectorate of Justice itself has three directors . Two are called Luis and the other is called Darío. Above them, a single inspector general whose name is Ricardo is located in the organization chart. Unless some of them perceive themselves as Lucia, Cristina or Norma, the IGJ considered that in their case, it was not necessary to adapt, even symbolically, to the norm that they were imposing on society.
It was just one of the episodes this week that shows that the Government has become accustomed in these eight months of management , to function, at least, with two different registers and consistencies : a fraction of the cabinet is dedicated to working on the crude emergency of the pandemic and the enormity of the social and economic crisis that is looming and the rest walk along the ledges of inconsequential or contradictory projects , banal talks by zoom and ideas with improbable anchorage in the concerns of society.
These differences in the Cabinet overlap with other inconsistencies in the Front of All or, rather, in the Government of the Front of All. At that point, in the same eight months that made the aforementioned fracture evident, the different groups into which the Executive Branch was divided were consolidated . There is the group of "Alberto" officials - the ministers and secretaries who came to their posts by the exclusive designation of the President - who live with those who answer to Sergio Massa and also with those who consider Cristina Kirchner as their only political boss. and those who are enrolled in La Cámpora.
These differentiated groups coexist and relate, basically, in two instances: in the periodic conversations held by the President and the Vice -the Front of Two- and at the lunches that are held every Tuesday in the Quinta de Olivos , with a table integrated by Fernández, Massa, Santiago Cafiero, Eduardo De Pedro and Máximo Kirchner.
The most unique thing about this construction is that, of all these actors, the President and "Albertist" officials are the only ones who do not have their own political construction . In contrast, Máximo Kirchner commands the only Peronism organization that has a presence throughout the country and that has been operating vertically and orderly for years.
The vice president's son has, it is known, a political project with several stages for the near and remote future. So it is necessary to understand his criticism of the Fat people of the CGT, who revived this week with the response of the unionists that Carlos Galván revealed in Clarín .

Máximo wants to influence the government's measures to rebuild the economy after the pandemic. He believes that the Moyano manage a branch, logistics, which will be more decisive than ever . The deputy even rehearses an approach to UATRE, the rural workers' union, because he wants to weigh on the agri-food chain, the most dynamic sector of the Argentine economy. Maximo doesn't want another 125.
In La Cámpora they do not speak well of the government's management. They say there are huge gaps and that they failed to develop a methodical approach to the country's problems . They even blame the President for the lack of an economic plan and they repeat almost in public that a replacement of the Cabinet will be necessary in the coming months.
Despite this, they clarify that there will be no break or anything like that and Máximo, in Olivos' lunches and also in his almost daily meetings with Massa, continues to participate in the measures. This week, the meeting of the Fifth Presidential was not held on Tuesday and was passed for this Friday.
At that table it is planned to define when the tax reform will come to Congress, which will include -in addition to the modification of the VAT on the milk postponed this week and the tax on large fortunes- a tax incentive plan for companies that settle outside the Federal Capital and Greater Buenos Aires .
That plan fits very well with the new normality that will emerge after the pandemic , where it is advisable to flee from the motley urban concentrations that favor future infections, but it has an insurmountable problem: it punishes the Conurbano, the electoral fortress of Cristina Kirchner and Axel Kicillof . Will that idea go through the relentless supervision of the vice president ?
