The government of Córdoba ordered this Friday the removal of the police leadership of the capital city amid the repercussions for the crime of Valentino Blas Correas , the 17-year-old who was allegedly shot by a police weapon. Two officers are detained, although they are investigating six others.
In the announcement by social networks, the provincial Ministry of Security confirmed the appointment in the General Directorate of Capital Security to the Chief Commissioner Liliana Rita Zárate Belletti , to replace the Chief Commissioner Gustavo Piva.
The current Deputy Directors of the North and South Zones of the Capital, Senior Commissioners Rubén Turri and Gonzalo Cumplido, respectively, will also leave their positions.

The crime occurred at dawn on Thursday, on the corner of Chacabuco and Corrientes, when Blas Correas was driving a white Fiat Argo with a couple of friends.
