This Saturday afternoon, Valteri Bottas took pole at the 70th anniversary Grand Prix at Silverstone in England, ahead of his teammate Lewis Hamilton, pole-sitter and GP winner on the same circuit last Sunday. This is Mercedes' third double in five GPs.
Nico Hülkenberg (Racing Point), replacing Sergio Perez and forfeited last Sunday following a mechanical problem, takes third place, ahead of Max Verstappen (Red Bull) and Daniel Ricciardo (Renault), the French Pierre Gasly (Alpha Tauri) is 7th .
