A Chinese study revealed that 90 percent of patients recovering from the Coronavirus suffer lung damage, and 5 percent of them have tested positive for the virus again.
According to the "Health Site" website, the study conducted by Wuhan University and published by the Chinese Global Times newspaper included 100 patients with an average age of 59 years. When they completed the first phase of the program for a period of four months, researchers found that the lungs of 90 percent of the patients are still in a state of damage.
The study indicated that no antibodies to the emerging corona virus were found in 10 percent of recovered patients, and also found that 5 percent of them should be quarantined again because they showed positive results in immunoglobulin tests, which indicates that they are infected again with the virus because it is the antibody.
