The defense industry facing the challenge of its financing

The alert has been given. The defense industry is threatened by the coming economic crisis. Abyssal deficits of States, potential collapse of exports, weakening of dual companies such as aeronautics, hit hard. Within the staffs, the concern is obvious, because if the companies do not follow, the supply of the armies, their capacities and their resilience will be threatened. In this context, discussions are multiplying on the support to be given to the “BITD”, the industrial and technological defense base which weighs 4,000 companies and 200,000 jobs.
