The start-up, which has only five employees and does not have sufficient financial resources to engage in a legal war with the smartphone giant, has launched an online petition, already signed by more than 25,000 people. "We are defending ourselves against Apple not only to keep our logo, but also to send a message to large technology companies: the bullying of small companies has consequences," warned the co-founder of Prepear, reluctant to pass for a pear.
