At 7 o'clock this morning, the police went to Lai Zhiying’s mansion on Kadoorie Road in Homantin to investigate. At about 9:30, Lai Zhiying was handcuffed and left in a seven-person car by police officers. It was also reported that Lai Zhiying’s second son, Lai Yaoen, was also involved. Assisted in the investigation at the Saigon residence. Li Zhiying’s assistant Mark Simon posted on Twitter, confirming that the detectives came to Li Zhiying and his son’s apartment to search for evidence with a search warrant.
