Mexico recovers from unemployment with informal jobs

Between May and June, the population living in working poverty was reduced to 48.1%, that is, they have insufficient income to buy the basic food basket, according to the National Council for the Evaluation of Social Development Policy (Coneval). Part of this population that regained its purchasing power did so through the informal economy and, although they have income, they lack benefits.
