The fast food corporation "McDonald's" announced yesterday (Sunday) that it intends to file a lawsuit against the company's former CEO, Stephen Eastbrook, after he was fired last year because he had an inappropriate relationship with one of the facts.

According to the corporation, Eastbrook whitewashed relationships he had with other facts and even destroyed evidence. Moreover, the indictment alleges that in one case the former CEO approved a special bonus of shares worth hundreds of thousands of dollars for one of the facts with which he was in contact.

Now, the company is seeking to sue Eastbrook for the hundreds of thousands of dollars he received as compensation when he was fired. Eastbrook was fired last November after admitting to exchanging sexually explicit text messages and videos with one of the facts. He insisted then that there were no further cases.

According to what was known at the time, the company's board of directors approved a "no-cause" separation agreement, under which Eastbrook maintained $ 42 million in shares, and even collected 26 weeks' salary compensation amounting to $ 670,000.

But in July, McDonald's claims, it became clear to the company that Eastbrook had sex with three other facts before being fired. According to the indictment, he destroyed evidence related to these relationships, including photos and videos of a sexual nature that he sent from the company's email account.

McDonald's says that if they had known from the extra relationships, they would not have agreed to fire him "for no reason." Now, they are seeking to prevent him from exercising his stock option and demanding compensation.
