Syrian Science Olympiad students, along with students from 94 countries, participate in the International Biology Olympiad organized by Japan remotely today and tomorrow.

The Excellence and Creativity Authority said in a statement that SANA received a copy of it that today's tests that took place over a period of five continuous hours included practical tests in the specialist in animal physiology and bioinformatics, noting that the technical measures required by the organizer in Japan have been taken, including direct video filming of students as they present The exams are from the centers assigned to them in the province of Aleppo at the headquarters of the University of Aleppo and in Damascus at the headquarters of the Excellence and Creativity Commission.

The Syrian participating team includes students Majd Nasra from the third year of secondary school, Basil Al-Kanjo from the first grade of secondary school, and Batoul Amarya from the third grade of high school from the governorate of Aleppo, while from Damascus it included student Aws Dayoub from the third year of secondary school.

The students of the Syrian Scientific Olympiad won two bronze medals and a certificate of appreciation in the World Chemistry Olympiad, which was organized by Turkey remotely on the 25th of last July, with the participation of students from 80 countries.
