6. Employees must not work continuously for more than 16 hours in a day;
7. The institution must check the temperature, blood pressure, and pulse of the residents within two days;
8. Residents who cannot communicate should not be classified as roommates;
9. The SWD should issue a warning letter to the offending institution within 2 months;
