The Munich juvenile lay judge has sentenced an electrician from Dachau to a two-year suspended prison sentence for illegal trading with narcotics in no small amount. The 24-year-old had also taken a dog hostage to collect debts from drug deals.

Dachau - Some of the Dachau's deeds were already five years ago. As the investigators found out, in 2015 and 2016 in Dachau and Munich he sold marijuana several times on commission to a school friend or an acquaintance, who then resold the drug. Sometimes it was 200 grams, sometimes even two kilograms of “commissioned goods”. In the case of the resales that the school friend made, the defendant provided help by driving the school friend and the marijuana in his car to the meetings with the third party in Karlsfeld.

At an unknown time between October 2016 and August 2017, the defendant, accompanied by his school friend, met the former friend of a customer and took away her dog, which she was carrying with her. Then the 24-year-old said she would only get the animal back if her ex-boyfriend settled his debts from a drug dealership amounting to around 10,000 euros. In two days, so the defendant, he wants to have the money. Otherwise he wouldn't give the dog back.

The woman then borrowed around 3400 euros from friends and handed the amount over to the defendant two days later in a forest parking lot, from whom she then got her dog back.

The dog extortion came to light as part of a trial against the ex-boyfriend after he had unpacked and named his backers.

The presiding judge condemned the 24-year-old, confessed and not previously convicted Dachauer, who was not yet 21 years old when the offenses were committed, and pronounced two years probation, not least because the defendant now has a job . Nevertheless, the magistrate said: “Due to the large number and persistence of the offenses, the defendant can be assumed to have harmful tendencies both at the time of the offense and at the time of the main hearing. The defendant has repeatedly brought large quantities of narcotics into circulation. The accused thus consistently defied the legal system over and over again, just to be able to pursue his own pursuit of profit. These deficiencies in character justify the risk of committing further crimes from the same area of crime, which can only be countered by a longer overall education. "

In addition to the imprisonment, the man from Dachau was ordered to pay 23,300 euros as compensation for the drugs sold and for the money from dog extortion. dn
