Deputy State Attorney Liat Ben-Ari was summoned today (Wednesday) for questioning by the legal department of the Rosh HaAyin municipality, on suspicion of a construction offense she allegedly committed with her husband. The suspicion is that the Ben-Ari couple carried out a split without a permit in the villa they purchased in the city, and applied for a permit only after an inspector located the deviation in the area.

The investigation will be conducted in the municipality's legal department. The municipality confirmed that Ben-Ari, the prosecutor in Prime Minister Netanyahu's files, was summoned for questioning and added that this is a routine procedure in cases of suspected construction offenses.
