Liat Ben-Ari was summoned for questioning on suspicion of a construction offense at her home in Rosh HaAyin
The Deputy State Attorney for Economic Enforcement and her partner will be questioned by the Legal Department of the Rosh HaAyin Municipality on suspicion of carrying out a split without a permit in a villa they purchased in the city. The suspicion is that the two applied for a building permit only after an inspector located the deviation in the area. The municipality said that this is a routine procedure in cases of this type

Wednesday, 12 August 2020, 12:04Deputy State Attorney Liat Ben-Ari was summoned today (Wednesday) for questioning by the legal department of the Rosh HaAyin municipality, on suspicion of a construction offense she allegedly committed with her husband. The suspicion is that the Ben-Ari couple carried out a split without a permit in the villa they purchased in the city, and applied for a permit only after an inspector located the deviation in the area.
The investigation will be conducted in the municipality's legal department. The municipality confirmed that Ben-Ari, the prosecutor in Prime Minister Netanyahu's files, was summoned for questioning and added that this is a routine procedure in cases of suspected construction offenses.
