The case of abuse in a nursery in Ramla: At this time (Wednesday), the parents of the toddlers are demonstrating at the Azrieli junction in Tel Aviv. The Magistrate's Court in Rauschen Lezion today allowed the publication of the documentation from the park's security cameras, and the police issued a prosecutor's statement on the prosecution's intention to file indictments against those involved, initially against the park owners and five of the assistants.

The court today heard police requests to extend the detention of assistants and garden owners. The court initially granted and removed the restraining order on the videos from the garden’s security cameras, which serve as the bulk of the evidentiary infrastructure. The videos document serious acts of abuse, such as tying chairs, beating with thimbles, beating toddlers' heads, slapping, slapping on mattresses, pushing, throwing objects at toddlers, and throwing food on the floor for them to eat from. This is a record of systematic activity that took place almost throughout last July.

Shocking documentation from the kindergarten in Ramla: This is how the caregivers allegedly abused the toddlers

At the end of the hearing, the court ordered that the owner of the kindergarten be released under five-year house arrest, on the grounds that there did not appear to be a sufficient evidentiary basis to support assault offenses on her part, but one that attributed to her, at most, non-prevention and non-reporting offenses. Judge Efrat Fink noted, among other things, that "everything attributed to the suspect is by virtue of the management of the garden, and she was not involved in the acts of assault."

The police asked to delay the execution for the purpose of filing an appeal to the district court - and the judge agreed to this.

Advocate Arnia added: “The judge’s decision to release my client speaks for itself, proving what they initially claimed that a distinction should be made between the kindergarten principal and the aides viewed in the videos. We hope that the court will reject the application for a restraining order. "

The court later discussed the husband's arrest. Police said he was charged with assault at a low threshold. Advocate Arnia added: "Indeed, the level of violence attributed to Moshe Bercy is lower than the level of violence attributed to the aides."

The court later discussed the matter of the other suspects, and at the end of the hearings ordered that Bersi remain in custody for another five days, as well as five aides who deny the allegation against them. Two more aides were released on a week-long house arrest.
