The Russian Direct Investment Fund "RDAF" and some Brazilian pharmaceutical companies have agreed to cooperate in the framework of the production and deployment of the new Russian anti-corona virus vaccine in Latin America.
Sputnik news agency quoted the Russian Direct Investment Fund as saying in a statement that it was agreed to strengthen cooperation in the production of the Russian “Sputnik V” vaccine against the emerging corona virus with the Brazilian state of “Parana”.
The joint strategic agreement signed today provides for joint cooperation between the Russian Investment Fund and a group of Brazilian medical companies in the state of "Parana" through production and distribution operations.
The Russian Investment Fund and the Russian Research Center for Epidemiology and Microbiology, "NF Jamaliyeh", indicated the possibility of providing the "Parana Institute of Technology" with the results of clinical trials of the vaccine and the technological protocols for its production.
The new partnership is working to produce and distribute the new vaccine and deliver it to Brazil and South American countries in the near future, with the aim of curbing the spread of the epidemic.
