Because the safety distances in the town hall cannot be observed, the Schlehdorf councilors all wore masks at the most recent meeting.
Schlehdorf - The corona-related hygiene regulations brought out another curiosity when the Schlehdorf municipal council met for the first time in the conference room in the town hall. "Since we cannot keep the necessary safety distances here, we are all meeting with a mask today," explained Mayor Stefan Jocher at the beginning.
Otherwise the items on the agenda were dealt with quickly this time. Only the case of an application for a preliminary ruling for the construction of a single-family house on Herrenbergstrasse, which had been rejected by the local council at an earlier meeting, caused some discussion. "Basically we have nothing against the planned construction, only in our opinion the traffic-related development should be clarified first," explained the town hall chief. In fact, the access to the neighboring property has not been clarified there, "and the builder refuses to officially register a right to walk and drive for it." The building applicant had now applied for an exemption, which the council had rejected.
However, the district building authority saw it differently and shortly afterwards replaced the communal agreement. Mayor Jocher had filed a lawsuit against this. He wanted to have the latter approved by the local council. After he had assured that this lawsuit could be withdrawn at any time, the panel was in favor of taking legal action with 8: 2 votes.
