A nurse was beaten on Tuesday August 11 in a bus in Neuilly-sur-Marne (Seine-Saint-Denis) by two teenagers whom she had asked to put on a mask, a police source said on Wednesday. The two teenagers, born in 2004, were arrested after this assault, which occurred in the middle of the afternoon. They were still in custody on Wednesday, the Bobigny prosecutor's office told AFP.

According to the police source, the two boys would have hit this woman " with punches, feet and head before putting her on the ground ". Presenting " numerous superficial wounds and contusions ", the victim refused to be taken care of by the firefighters.
Friday, three men were indicted, including two for aggravated violence, after the assault with a stick in a laundromat in Soisy-sous-Montmorency (Val-d'Oise) of a man who had asked another customer to respect the wearing of the mask. The assault was filmed by CCTV cameras. Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin reacted to this aggression by denouncing “ unbearable ” images .
