" Years ago, my grandson wanted me to do one (tattoo, editor's note) and I hadn't done it, " she told CNN. Suddenly I decided I would like to have one. What if I could, a frog. Because I love frogs, ”she explained. Asked by the American chain, the tattoo artist said he was impressed by the calm of his client, ensuring that she had not moved during the entire session. If a centenarian asks you for something, you cannot refuse, ” he added.

According to her granddaughter, Dorothy Pollack went through complicated confinement in a retirement home in Michigan. Isolated from her family, deprived of a telephone because of her poor hearing, she remained locked up and depressed for several months. A difficult period that she has now left behind. After the tattoo, the centenary has already taken a motorcycle ride.
