The fire brigade had to rescue a woman from her vehicle wreck on Thursday night. The police found empty beer bottles inside the car.
Bad Heilbrunnn - These are busy days for the Heilbrunn fire department. After two extinguishing missions on Sunday and Monday, the brigade and emergency services from Oberbuchen and Königsdorf had to move out on Thursday night for a traffic accident on State Road 2064.
According to the police, a 33-year-old woman from the Loisachtal was on her way from Bernwies to Königsdorf with her Opel at around 2.20 a.m. Shortly before a piece of forest the car came off the road to the left.
Accident near Bad Heilbrunn: car crashes into a tree
The front of the Opel hit a tree, bounced off it and remained on the left side of the vehicle. The fire department had to free the woman from the wreck. To do this, the emergency services cut open the roof of the car.
The rescue helicopter brought the patient with moderate injuries to the accident clinic in Murnau. The officers noticed the smell of alcohol in the vehicle and found several empty beer bottles. The result of the blood sample is still pending.
The vehicle must be towed
The volunteer fire brigades Bad Heilbrunn, Oberbuchen and Königsdorf, the BRK rescue service, emergency doctor, head of the rescue service, police and the rescue helicopter Christoph Murnau were on duty at night. The car was no longer ready to drive and had to be recovered by a tow company. The police put the total damage at 6,000 euros.
It is the second accident on the route within a few weeks. In July, a 19-year-old had overturned the car several times.
