When would the Mexican and Argentine vaccine be certified?

Scientific authorities agree on the advance that the vaccine developed by AstraZeneca and the University of Oxford, in collaboration with the Slim Foundation in Mexico and Argentina is encouraging, but they ask for caution since the process to certify its effectiveness and 100% safety may take longer one year. Although the laboratory is already working on maximizing its production capacity to meet the demand from all of Latin America, there is the possibility of failure and therefore work on its certification must be done.
