Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif stressed that allowing the United States to undermine the nuclear agreement constitutes a threat to international rights and is tantamount to "returning to the rule of the jungle."
In an article published today in the French newspaper Le Monde, Zarif said, "The current US administration’s endeavor to permanently undermine the nuclear agreement represents a threat to what remains of multilateralism and international rights."
Zarif indicated that Washington does not have clear prospects for the future of the international community as it pursues a policy of threatening and blind attacking those who defend the rule of law.
