The incident occurred at about 3:16 in the morning when a pedestrian was passing by a tenement building at No. 208 Apliu Street. He saw a man lying under the stairs of the building. He was wearing only underwear and his trousers were left on the ground nearby. , And lost 2 fingers of his right hand, injured his wrist, and was almost unconscious. The ambulancemen rushed to the report and immediately rushed the victim to Caritas Medical Center for rescue. It is reported that he lost his breath at the time.
The police then went to the building with a shield to investigate, and found a kitchen knife and severed finger on the first floor of the building. After investigation, it is believed that the victim was in the unit of residence, cut the veins with a knife, and cut the first section of his left middle and ring fingers. Afterwards, he went downstairs toplessly, and when he reached the bottom of the stairs of the building, he took off his trousers and finally fainted without support.
The police confirmed that the deceased’s surname was Fan (41 years old) and the suicide note was seized at the scene. It is preliminarily believed that the victim was involved in drug abuse.
