The police actually approached Poing because of a disturbance of the peace. But what the officers observed on the spot resulted in an arrest.
A look through the kitchen window brings the officers on the trail
Because a neighbor complained about the noise, the Poing police drove to a garden party in Zorneding on Saturday evening at around 9:50 p.m. As the patrolmen approached the front door, they watched through the kitchen window a party guest who was reportedly about to use cocaine.
An attempt to escape ends in the garden
The 20-year-old tried to flee when he noticed the officers approaching. But he could be arrested in the garden. On his escape he had thrown away a folded piece of paper with a small amount of cocaine, which the police officers said the police officers had been able to secure. He gets a report for a violation of the Narcotics Act. The drugs were confiscated by the officers and will be sent for destruction.
