Without slowing down or discouraging. Only "ordering" to avoid crowds as much as possible -traffic, people recognize it more complicated- and with the decision to intervene in case of incidents or episodes of violence. With these guidelines, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta prepares the operation for this Monday's protest against the Government, called by social networks and endorsed or promoted by referents of Together for Change.

The head of the Buenos Aires government will arrange an operation with traffic and prevention agents of the City Police. In addition, there will be infantry corps prepared for eventual overflows, located nearby to intervene quickly in the Obelisk but also in the Plaza de Mayo, the vicinity of the Congress and other points that will be monitored from the Operations Center, in charge of the vice-chief Diego Santilli -responsible for the Security area-, secretary Marcelo D'Alessandro and Gabriel Berard -head of the City Police-, and closely followed by Rodríguez Larreta.

" The operation is going to be super preventive, " they insisted on the Buenos Aires government, in the previous one with "tips" to keep their distance without discouraging the protest, beyond the fact that both Rodríguez Larreta and Santilli indicated that there was no party call by the PRO or Together for Change.

"You have to understand and understand, I respect the right to demonstrate, but we ask to avoid crowds, " said Santilli, and indicated about the operation: "There are always security forces, nearby or in place. And we act if there are overflows ”.

Fernán Quirós expressed himself along the same lines. “Bank the popular expression. What I propose is to do it with great respect, with distance, chinstraps, with the nose and mouth well covered. We must do it in such a way that we do not put at risk the people who participate and the collective effort that we are all making ”, asked the Buenos Aires Minister of Health.

"Just as they were careful in the Santiago Maldonado march to take care that people do not get infected, it would be very good if they did that with all the marches, " Alberto Fernández had told La Red radio.

"That time we imprisoned the 13 anarchists and those who attacked the C5N journalists," the city government responded, and they ratified that there will be no restrictions  on the march even if there are crowds in the area. They also announced that they will be "attentive" to the custody of the mobile phones of the channels, to avoid attacks on journalists as on July 9.
