Looking through the information, the company leased a total of 14,000 square feet of shops on the 2nd floor of Queen’s Road Central in Central in 2012 as a flagship store. The lease was renewed for another three years in 2017 with a monthly rent of 1.5 million yuan. The lease expired in October this year.
According to an earlier report, a Topshop spokesperson pointed out that Hong Kong is an important market for Topshop and Topman, and the two brands will continue to provide services to Hong Kong online.
