A five-year-old boy was cycling with his mother last Sunday shortly before noon in the Kirchseeon district of Eglharting . As the police reported to Ebersberg , the two drove properly on the right edge of the cycle path along federal highway 304 in an easterly direction.

According to the officials, an oncoming e-bike driver touched the child as he drove by. As a result , the five-year-old fell off his children's bike and was slightly injured.
"You have to expect something like that"
For the e-bike driver , however, this was apparently no reason to show a sense of guilt : "The hooligan only told the mother that something like that had to be expected and fled without giving his personal details," reports the police station Ebersberg on Monday.

A witness of the accident followed the fugitive and spoke to him . But the person who caused the accident behaved so aggressively that the witness had to let him drive away out of self-protection.

Now the police are looking for the aggressive stranger . The description of the perpetrator according to witnesses : The man is about 55 years old, about 1.80 meters tall and has a strong stature. His hair is curly and short, he wore a black T-shirt and dark pants. His e-bike is white and comes with a shopping basket.
