Snir Shoshana is an Israeli national team athlete in gymnastics and acrobatics, 12 years Israeli champion, Maccabiah champion with three gold medals, fifth place in the world, eighth place in Europe and chairman of the Hapoel Tel Aviv acrobatics association. Shoshana is not in favor of various weight loss pills ("I believe vitamins should come from real food"), not in favor of fashionable sneakers that can lead to sports injuries ("they can cause injuries to the spine and knees") and in favor of a small meal before training ("Small it means date, banana" , Apple or even black coffee ") to burn fats optimally.
