A 16-year-old boy was seriously injured today (Tuesday) after being stabbed during a brawl that broke out in the Carmel market in Tel Aviv. Police forces who arrived at the scene arrested a 41-year-old man on suspicion of assault. MDA teams that arrived at the scene provided the boy with medical assistance and evacuated him for further treatment at the Ichilov Hospital in the city while he was conscious.

A senior MDA medic, Eran Nadler, said: "I entered the market with an MDA motorcycle. The wounded man was sitting on a chair near one of the bastions while conscious and suffering from a bleeding wound to his body. We provided him with primary medical care that included bandages and stopped bleeding, and we evacuated him to Ichilov Hospital in critical condition. "
