Eng. Abdul Majeed Qalfa, the general manager of the company, stated in a statement to the SANA Economic Bulletin that the company has demonstrated a distinguished presence in the market and a great demand for its products by consumers, as a result of the improvements that have been made recently to the product by implementing an odor removal line for various types of oils.
Qalfah explained that there are strenuous efforts to increase production in quantity and quality to meet the market need due to the great demand for the company's products, especially cotton seed oil, which is characterized by its high quality and competitive prices, noting the efficiency and sense of responsibility shown by the workers and technicians to achieve the required production and its continuity through successful dealing with emergency breakdowns and repairing Electric motors and screws for transporting industrial cotton seeds in the shaving department, in addition to rehabilitating the four cotton seed separators, replacing the metal internal networks, and rehabilitating the press of the American-made carvar cotton seed lint for the year 1969, which saved hundreds of millions of pounds.
He pointed out that during the first seven months of this year, the company sold 539 tons of refined cotton seed oil and 4,398 tons of unpeeled cake, in addition to 12 tons of soap.
