Tensions continue: IDF tanks attacked military positions of the Hamas terrorist organization in Gaza last night (Thursday), in response to the explosion of explosive balloons and arson from the Gaza Strip into Israeli territory.
For the past week and a half, the IDF has been attacking the Gaza Strip every night in response to the inflating of balloons, but this does not seem to deter Hamas from continuing to escalate.

As mentioned, yesterday firefighting teams worked together with the KKL-JNF and RTG teams with the assistance of IDF drones, Rabash Zim, firefighters from the Home Front Command and volunteers to put out 14 fires in the Sha'ar Hanegev and Eshkol regional councils.
Most of the fires were small and not dangerous. The cooperation between the forces enabled the spread of the fire. Fire and Rescue Investigators for Israel Southern District determined that the fires were caused by incendiary balloons. In the afternoon, the Eshkol Council reported a suspicious object attached to a balloon located near the house. A police sapper was called to the scene.
