France recorded 4,771 new cases of the "Covid 19" epidemic during the past 24 hours, an increase of one thousand from yesterday's outcome, which constitutes an unprecedented increase since last May.
The French Press Agency quoted the French General Directorate of Health as saying that this is the first time since last May that the daily toll crosses the threshold of four thousand injuries.
Since the emergence of the Corona virus late last year, more than 225,000 people have been infected in France, of whom about 30,500 have died.
