A Berliner had to answer in court for insulting. Somehow, a dispute about their driving style on the Kesselberg had escalated beforehand.
Kochel am See / Wolfratshausen - Sometimes the front lines in a dispute are so hardened that the path to an apology is long. In the event of a dispute that already took place between two drivers on the Kesselberg last summer, this path was particularly long - namely around 620 kilometers. The defendant had to cover this distance from her Berlin residence to the Wolfratshauser district court, where she had to answer for insults these days.
The starting point for the dispute was a drive on the Kesselberg. "For someone who is not from here, the route is a challenge," she said. So she drove "very carefully". This annoyed a driver from Weilheim so persistently that he “pretty aggressively poked on her in the parking lot of a restaurant”, recalled the psychologist. He called it the “Berliner Großschnauze”.
Weilheimer shows Berlin's big nose the windshield wiper
He himself explained that the Berlin license plate of the dark Mercedes had "just evoked associations" with him: "It's no secret that Berliners have a different mentality." On the "big snout" she showed him the windshield wiper - one Insult that the 62-year-old reported her for.
The taunts are said to have continued in a pub's beer garden: "She aped my chewing movements very slowly, like a child." The defendant could not remember that: "I ate myself. I have to chew. ”What she remembered, however: The Weilheimer wished her“ get well soon ”because she was“ stuck in puberty ”. And he also gave her greetings to the “red-red pack”.
The magistrate placated: "We are also negotiating many cases here that are a little more weighty." The proceedings were finally abandoned when the two parties to the dispute apologized for their behavior. Dominik Stallein
