About 1500 volunteers equipped with masks, hand sanitizers and tracking tools attended a concert in a closed place in Germany today as part of a study to simulate how the new Corona virus spreads in large gatherings.

The volunteers received masks of the type that are usually used in hospitals and bottles of fluorescent hand sanitizer. The results of the study, funded by the states of Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt, are expected to appear within a period of four to six weeks, said Stefan Moritz, leader of the research team, at a press conference after the concert.
