The new Corona virus has killed more than 806,000 people around the world since its appearance last December.
The World Meters website, which tracks the developments of the virus around the world, stated that 806,229 deaths were recorded, while the number of infections reached 23,282,991 cases in 196 countries and regions since the outbreak of the epidemic.
The site added, at least 15824353 people have recovered, while 3629 deaths were counted, and 174575 new cases of the virus were recorded around the world.
The United States remains the most affected country in terms of the number of deaths and injuries, with 179,807 deaths out of 5825842 injuries, and Brazil comes second, with 113678 deaths out of 3544389 injuries, followed by India with 56,846 deaths out of 304,3436 injuries.
