Italy records more than a thousand new cases of Corona

The death toll from the daily Coronavirus in Italy today exceeded a thousand, for the first time since mid-May, which increases fears of a new outbreak of the disease in the country.

The Italian Ministry of Health reported that it had recorded 1,071 new cases of the virus during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of cases to the level of 258,136 cases.

The ministry indicated that 3 new deaths were recorded with the virus, bringing the death toll from the pandemic in the country to 35,430.
