Russia recorded 4,921 infections and 121 new deaths from the Coronavirus during the past 24 hours in 83 Russian regions, including 687 cases in the capital, Moscow.
The Special Operations Room for dealing with the spread of the Covid 19 epidemic stated in its daily report that the death toll had risen to 951,897, while the death toll had reached 16,310 since the start of the virus outbreak.
And 6147 people recovered last day, bringing the total of those recovering to 767,477 people.
Yesterday, the health authorities in Russia recorded 4,870 cases and 90 new deaths from the virus.
