The Yemeni army and the popular committees responded to a widespread attack by the mercenaries of the Saudi aggression in the Meris front in the Al-Dhalea governorate, southern Yemen, and caused them losses in lives and equipment.
Al Masirah Net quoted a military source as saying: “The Yemeni army and the popular committees were able to repel the march of mercenaries of aggression on the Meris front, killing and wounding dozens of them without being able to make any progress.”
The same source confirmed that the army and the popular committees are in a high readiness to thwart the mercenaries' plans, noting at the same time the cooperation of the people of the region in defeating the mercenaries of aggression.
On the other hand, the Saudi aggression's air forces launched a series of raids today on several Yemeni governorates. In the Ma'rib governorate, the Saudi aggression's air forces launched 20 raids in separate areas of the districts of Sirwah and Majzar, as well as 4 raids on the Mahliya district.
In Al-Jawf Governorate, the Saudi aggression launched 15 raids on the Khub Al-Sha`af district and 3 raids on Al-Hazm district.
The Saudi aggression launched two raids on the Al-Zahir district in the Saada governorate.
