While the active circulation of the coronavirus resumes in France, in particular in Paris as well as in the Bouches-du-Rhône, the number of new hospitalizations and admissions in intensive care remain low. Nonetheless, caught off guard last March in the face of the scale of the health crisis, hospitals should be better equipped in the event of the epidemic resuming. "The experience feedback from the first wave made it possible to anticipate needs and to develop our health system in order to fight the epidemic and respond to a potential rebound", assures the General Directorate of Health ( DGS)."Today, we can mobilize as much as possible all health actors, public-private establishments or even increase the capacity of intensive care units if this proves necessary", specifies the Regional Health Agency ( ARS) from Île-de-France.
