A spokesman for the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization, Behrouz Kamalondi, revealed that the explosion at the Natanz nuclear facility resulted from sabotage operations.
Kamalondi said in a television interview: “Two new salons have been prepared and in two different areas to complete the work in Natanz,” noting at the same time that the questions and allegations of the International Atomic Energy Agency must include serious principles and documents and be based on clear foundations, not espionage allegations.
He pointed out that Iran's ammunition of enriched uranium is much more than 3 tons, and that his country will export the surplus of heavy water in addition to the percentage allowed to store it inside, which is 130 tons.
The Natanz nuclear facility was exposed to a mysterious explosion early last month.
