On the outskirts of the Russian capital, Moscow, the activities of the International Military-Technical Forum (Jeremiah 2020) opened today, with wide international participation.
In a video message to the participants and guests of the forum, Russian President Vladimir Putin stressed the importance of building international trust relations in the field of security and military-technical cooperation and the need to jointly search for answers to emerging challenges.
Putin indicated that the large-scale activities of the (Jeremiah 2020) forum and the accompanying military games will begin this year simultaneously, considering that the international military games that have been taking place for several years have worked to strengthen friendly relations between the participating armies and the exchange of open friendly experiences.
In turn, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu announced during the opening of the exhibition held on the sidelines of the activities of (Jeremiah 2020) that this forum has become considered the largest arms exhibition in the world, through which the participants learn about the achievements of the Russian military industry and everything it can achieve.
Shoigu expressed his appreciation for the wide international participation despite the difficult circumstances the world is going through.
The Military Technical Forum (Jeremiah 2020) is considered one of the largest arms exhibitions in the world, and its sixth session was launched at the Patriot Exhibition and Conference Center in the suburbs of Moscow and will continue until August 29.
