The corona restrictions approved last week will expire tomorrow (Tuesday) at midnight, but a discussion has not yet been scheduled in the Knesset's Constitution Committee in favor of extending their validity. This follows a dispute between representatives of the United Torah Judaism and Shas project manager corona Prof. Roni Gamzu the new layout activate the synagogues during the corona.

Ministers Yuli Edelstein, Yaakov Litzman and Aryeh Deri met yesterday with Prof. Gamzo, and discussed, among other things, a new outline for synagogue activities. The parties reached agreements in principle, but according to ultra-Orthodox sources, "Gamzo withdrew from it, it is not clear why."

Last week, the chairman of the Constitution Committee, MK Yaakov Asher (Shas), approved the restrictions for one week only, in contrast to the government position that sought to approve the restrictions for 28 days.
