Arar indicated to Sana's delegate that indigestion is manifested by many symptoms, including a feeling of discomfort, "pain and distress", bloating, gas, a feeling of fullness and fullness even after eating a snack, a feeling of burning, nausea and vomiting, pointing to a variation in the appearance of symptoms between people.

The specialist, Arar, attributed the causes of indigestion, either to the bad food habits that a person follows, or to the cause of illness, when food is eaten greedily and in a large quantity throughout the day, so it is difficult for the digestive system to do its work properly, so it seeks to get rid of it instead of digesting it, through colic, vomiting, or intestinal problems It indicated that when a food rich in fats and oils is eaten, digestion becomes very slow and the person feels heartburn and discomfort.

The specialist, Arar, stated that indigestion has pathological causes such as ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome, intestinal infections, and gastric germs, in addition to taking some medications whose side effects constitute indigestion, referring to the psychological causes of depression and anxiety, as these reasons play a role in the disease being between medium and large.

Regarding the wrong health habits that a person practices and causes indigestion, Arar showed the harm caused by soft drinks, spices, limitation and stimuli in a large way in addition to smoking during food periods that causes the entry of a large amount of air and also drinking several cups of water because it causes indigestion and impedes the work of the intestine Between digested and digested water.

Arar advised dividing meals into 4 or 6 meals a day, avoiding all types of food that use large amounts of oils and fats, relying heavily on boiled food, eating vegetables and fruits, especially apples without peels and yogurt, and avoiding milk and food that contains legumes because it leads to Bloating.

Arar showed the importance of warming the body in case the weather was cold to reduce gas and cramping, and drinking enough water in batches to compensate for the lost water and electrolytes, and in the event that there was no benefit, go to the doctor to prescribe the appropriate medicine through a clinical examination.
