Corona patient, a resident of the center who works in the city of Eilat, violated isolation and went out to spend time in a shopping center and cafe. She was located by the police, received a report of thousands of shekels and was taken to a forced hospitalization in a hotel in the center of the country. The Eilat police said that a case was opened against the woman and she will be questioned after she recovers.

This case comes a few weeks after another Corona patient from the locality of Yafia was found in solitary confinement at the Club Hotel. The guest stayed at the hotel for one night and even went out to the pool, even though he was supposed to stay in isolation these days.

The isolator's wife also contracted the corona virus, and the entire family was in isolation. At the end of her isolation period, on July 30, the woman received an SMS message about the end of the period, and the family traveled to Eilat, although a similar message was not received in his case. 

Another guest at the hotel, who knew the patient, reported to the hotel management who contacted the police about the matter. After receiving the request, YSM police officers arrived at his room in protective suits, fined him NIS 5,000 and ordered him to return to solitary confinement immediately.

The mayor of Eilat, Tzachak-Halevi, sued the patient for "the damage he caused in his behavior to restore the security of the city's residents and vacationers." In a personal delivery letter, Adv. Dr. Ophir Miller wrote on behalf of the Mayor and on behalf of the Eilat Municipal Tourism Corporation Ltd.: " There is a real risk of catching and spreading corona disease and endangering the general public. "
