Kirchnerist fury with Minister Marcela Losardo for judicial reform

In the Instituto Patria there is a bad wave with the Minister of Justice of the national government: "It is hidden," they say in the bunker where Cristina Fernández and Máximo Carlos Kirchner have offices.

What's more: directly, there is anger with Marcela Losardo, Alberto Ángel Fernández's trusted lawyer, who was part of the letter of the judicial reform that faced the administration of the Frente de Todos but whom, in Kirchnerism, today they see low or no profile.

Distrust was always there, since those closest to Cristina Kirchner wanted someone from her scheme in the minister's chair. They settled for second place, held by Juan Martín Mena , a lawyer who was Oscar Parrilli's second at the Federal Intelligence Agency, in the final stretch of the CFK government.

But Alberto wanted his historical legal firm partner to be responsible for the Justice portfolio , since the lawyer and professor at the UBA considered that he should have someone of his own there, to give his stamp to the changes he was planning for his presidential term.

The judicial reform came out, with final texts written by the President himself on his computer but with the fundamental touches inspired by the Instituto Patria. It is enough to see how Gustavo Beliz ran away from the project, in the final section, when he saw that his ideas to reform the Justice were not taken into account and other positions prevailed. First, Marcela Losardo won the pulse but, finally, Cristina's requests were considered in an important portion.

It is enough to see how the Advisory Council of experts and notables was resolved, and the issues that it already addresses: the eventual changes for the Supreme Court, reforms in the Magistracy Council (keys to decide the fate of the judges) and the idea to modify how the Attorney General is chosen, a position that Kirchnerism knew how to take full advantage of during Alejandra Gils Carbó's administration.

In the Instituto Patria they assure that Losardo wanted to stop Carlos Beraldi's participation in that Council , considering that his appearance on the list of 11 "notables" would color the performance of that body. Finally, CFK's lawyer in the corruption cases it faces in the federal courts of Comodoro Py joined the Council and was present at the launching of the Judicial Reform that was held in the White Room of the Casa Rosada.

Now, with the reform already with an opinion in the Senate. In Kirchnerism the fury with Losardo is corroborated by the null defense that the minister makes of the changes. They see her with a very low appearance in the media to defend the official initiative and have even measured her weak intervention on social networks talking about the issue.

Although they acknowledge that their activity in networks is not very prolific, the Instituto Patria took note of the absence of pronouncements in favor of judicial reform by the minister. On Twitter (@mmlosardo), they barely found one post on August 1 , two retweets of the interviews they made on Página / 12 and Radio 10, and a couple of reposts of the announcement that the President made on July 29. While on Instagram (@marcelalosardo), the highest judicial official of the Executive Power did not make any reference to the project that is being discussed today in the Senate of the Nation.

In this sense, the accounts of the Ministry of Justice are not saved either. On Twitter (@jusgobar), five illustrated plates on the central aspects of the project presented by the Executive, uploaded between July 29 and August 5, as well as on Instagram (@jusgobar).

On Facebook, for its part, the minister (/ losardomarcela) did not make any posts, while the Ministry (/ jusgobar) uploaded the same plates as on the other networks.

All this ended up shaping the bad vibes of Cristina and her closest friends. "We are angry because she is hidden. It seems that she was scared by the leak of her link with the Human Rights Secretariat during the macrismo. They ran her away with an ACARA contract," they affirmed from Cristina's surroundings with undisguised malice.

As Clarín said, the current minister was hired by the Human Rights Secretariat through the "cooperating entity" ACARA, between April 20, 2016 and June 12, 2017, with category b5, for which she charged 57,149 pesos .
