A few hours before the Knesset dissolves automatically, a blue-and-white chairman is expected to attack the Likud and Prime Minister Netanyahu. • The main dispute between the parties concerns the issue of appointing senior officials.

Hours before the Knesset is automatically dissolved due to a lack of budget, Defense Minister and Blue and White Speaker Bnei Gantz makes a special statement in the Negev Hall in the Knesset. Gantz is expected to attack the Likud and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in his speech. 

At present, there are still no agreements on a number of key issues between Blue and White and the Likud. Most of the discussions are around the issue of senior appointments and formulations on the budget issue, while in blue and white they demand the approval of the government's bylaws in order to apply the item of power distribution agreed upon in the coalition agreement.

Prime Minister Netanyahu instructed the attorneys who met with Deputy Attorney General Dina Zilber to make it clear that he would not interfere in the appointment of the Attorney General, the State Attorney and the Commissioner. Netanyahu made the remarks in a statement to the media yesterday. He said, "The claims of Blue and White are nothing more than an idle excuse to run away from the Hauser compromise and drag the country to the polls."
