The accusations facing Ellen DeGeneres 2:19
(CNN) - Ellen DeGeneres has had a bad press lately, but Sofía Vergara says she's not a part of it.
There have been reports of a toxic work environment on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show."
And recently, a video of Vergara when she appeared on the show in 2015 has been circulating on social media.
In it, DeGeneres appears to poke fun at Vergara's accent.
The "America's Got Talent" judge is Colombian, so the mockery drew criticism that DeGeneres was being racist.
But Vergara tweeted that that was not the case at all.
Two comedians having fun with each other to entertain. I was never a victim guys, I was always in on the joke. https://t.co/mjUjPNRHlb

"Two comedians are having fun with each other to entertain," the "Modern Family" star wrote in the tweet. "I was never a victim, guys, I was always in on the joke."
"American Idol" singer and judge Katy Perry is among the celebrities who have offered support to DeGeneres during the storm surrounding the talk show.
A Warner Bros. spokesperson recently confirmed that three of the show's main producers, Ed Glavin, Kevin Leman and Jonathan Norman, had been "separated" from the daytime talk show.
The show's distributor, Warner Bros. Television, is owned by CNN's parent company.
