Illegal campers at Schwarzenfeld: party, garbage and stench
"They do their necessities in addition to the vehicles, put their garbage bags to our sealed bins or leave their trash just lying on the court," says Schandl. “They even wash their laundry,” adds Hoffmann in front of the camera.
