It was minutes to midnight and at the house of Hipólito Yrigoyen at 1400, in the Buenos Aires town of Dolores, Miguel was celebrating his recent move with his wife, his sister-in-law and his two daughters, and a friend, Maximiliano Villarreal (28). The sequence of events was confirmed to Clarín by sources of the investigation and the accused for the crime of " homicide aggravated by the bond " was identified as Mónica Isabel González (25).

Even Maximiliano's friend, the one who went with the two little girls to celebrate the move of her sister and her brother-in-law, would have reproached the detainee's brother for telling Isabel where her partner was.

For all this, at first, the prosecutor of the UFI No. 1 of Dolores, Verónica Raggio, delayed the detainee's brother and her partner to investigate whether they had participated in the crime. Although later, she dismissed the arrest of both and took their statements as witnesses.
According to the sources, the detainee had no injuries and they are still finding out how she got from her home to Miguel's property, since she lives on the other side of the neighborhood. This Tuesday she was investigated by the prosecutor Raggio, who was also awaiting the autopsy report.
