At about midnight, the police received a report that a large snake about 3 to 4 meters in length broke into a village house in Guanyin Mountain Village, Sha Tin Au, Wong Tai Sin. The police notified the King Snake to arrive at the scene and found the python, about 4 meters long, resting by the wall outside the village house garden, and then captured it and put it in a snake bag. The police classified the case as a "snake discovery".

The informant is Mr. Wang, the owner of the village house. He recalled that when the incident occurred while sleeping with his family in the house, the two pet dogs Mary and Susie they raised suddenly barked and woke them up. Mr. Wang immediately walked out of the garden outside the house to check what was going on. He found that the boa constrictor was crawling on the fence and was climbing out of the ground outside the garden along the fence.

Mr. Wang pointed out that there is also a two-month-old kitten in the garden. He suspected that the snake smelled the kitten and tried to crawl into the garden to catch the cat. Fortunately, the kitten lived in the cat cage, and the two dogs barked them in time to wake them up, so the kitten was fine. Wang Xuzhi said that he has lived on the site for more than 50 years and tried to have snakes entering the house a few years ago.
