"I said that closing a belt around a city is useless because you do not improve anything like that, it does not help," he said today in response to a Walla! NEWS. "In a general closure in the country, there will be an effect. We know this effect everywhere. I said in the past that it is not the step that even if there is a high morbidity as there is today, I preach to it. A medical source who spoke with Walla! NEWS explained that behind the decision to avoid spot closures is also the sensitive issue of the feeling of discrimination in the Arab population.
